Secured climbing route Mala Mojstrovka – Hanzova route

Join us on a mountaineering adventure and climb one of the oldest secured routes in Kranjska Gora, which starts at the highest road mountain pass Vršič (1611 m) and brings you to the top of Mala Mojstrovka (2332 m). Here you will experience beautiful views of the Julian Alps.

The trail starts at the Vršič pass (1611 m) and leads us across the saddle below Robičje to the northern side of Mala Mojstrovka (2332 m). From there, our view escapes to a typical, right-facing shelf, where the lower part of the secured path goes and is well secured with steel wires and steel sticks. In the upper part of the route we are in a more open wall, and the final part leads us along the system of shelves to the right to the ridge to the top of Nad Šitom glava (2085 m). The upper pyramid is mostly unprotected by steel wires, but we find beautiful ridge climbing, which brings us to the top of Mala Mojstrovka. Follow the gravel path to the south, to the Vratca saddle (1985 m), and from there along the scree back to Vršič road.

For a secured route, we recommend a via ferrata set - a helmet, a climbing harness and a self-protection system. If you do not have your own equipment, you can also rent it from our agency.

The guiding is intended for adults and children from the age of 10. The guided tour starts by appointment, and with our transport we will pick you up in front of your room, apartment or hotel. We take care of all the necessary technical equipment.
