Triglav ascent from Krma valley – private guiding

Do you want to conquer the Mount Triglav 2864 m. Triglav is an almighty mountain which is located in the heart of the Triglav national park. It boasts with the greatest Slovenian climbing wall – The Triglav north wall.  You can book an IFMGA mountain guide for the ascent, which will be available only for you.

The easiest ascent to Triglav(2864 m) is from the Krma valley. Nevertheless it is needed to conquer the hight difference of approximately 1850 m, thereof only 350 m of climbing part. Therefore we suggest you take a 2 days long trip, so you have time to really enjoy.

In case of good weather the ascent will take place from the Krma valley (980 m), to the Kredarica lodge (2515 m ) on the first day and climb up to the top of the mountain and second day just descent back from Kredarica lodge to the valley. In case of not so good weather on the first day, we will climb up to the top on the second day in the morning.

Ascent in 1 day: recommended just in case you are physically well prepared. On a scale of your capability from 1 to 5 you have to be 5. The ascent lasts from 12 to 15 hours with 1850 m height difference.

Ascent in 2 days (our recommendation): so you will be able to enjoy infinitely on your way up. You will have enough time for observing nature, rests and so on.

Ascent in 3 days: if you want to experience our breathtaking nature and gorgeous views we recommend, that you go on Triglav seven lake hiking travers, where you will go to the top on the second day.

DURATION ( 2 days ascent)

DAY 1: Krma (980 m) - Kredarica lodge (2515 m); 5 - 7 h walk and 1500  height difference.

DAY 2: Kredarica lodge (2515 m) - top of Triglav (2864 m) and back to the lodge; 3 - 4 h and 350 height difference. From Kredarica lodge and walk back to the Krma valley; 3 - 5 h

For a secured path, we recommend a via ferrata set ( helmet, harness and via ferrata sistem). If you don't have your own, you will get our set at the Triglavski lodge at Kredarica.

The guiding  is intended for adults and children over the age of 9. The start of the guided tour is determined by appointment, and with our transport we pick you up in front of your room, apartment or hotel. We take care of all the necessary technical equipment.
